This week the Seattle Arena cleared a major hurdle after the environmental review found no major obstacles. From what we know the NHL is keen on Seattle, and the NBA could follow suit, returning the Sonics franchise to Seattle.

Regardless of who expands to Seattle first, this is what the Seattle Arena will look like.
