"No10 seeds and No12 seeds have never won against a No1 seed in 23 attempts, but No11 seeds have upset a top seed 50 percent of the time. No8 seeds have historically punched well above their weight. When facing No2, No4, and No5 seeds, these teams have been particularly dangerous, winning well over 50 percent of games."
